FRONT PANEL
- The GUITAR INPUT has a 150K JFET preamp with input impedance. The GAIN CONTROL acts on the second preamp stage, allowing levels to be adjusted to ideal values for the tone and preamp process.
- The single-control TONE CONTROL is simple to use and allows you to minimize high frequencies when set fully to the left or attenuate low frequencies when set fully to the right. The midrange between these frequencies is located in the center positions.
- Before entering the power amplifier, the entire signal is treated with a peak limiter. This acts on high output levels, gently limiting signal peaks, avoiding excessive output distortion and protecting the speaker from sudden variations.
- The volume control varies the output level of the device and also adjusts the amount of signal entering the auxiliary input. This 1/4″ TRS (stereo plug) input combines the L and R channels when connecting a stereo source. It doesn’t have a dedicated preamp, nor does it offer any kind of tonal variation. It’s ideal for playing tracks simultaneously with the guitar input. If you have some kind of external preamp that allows you to fine-tune the sound, it’s also a good option to input it from the preamp to the auxiliary input so as not to alter the previously set tonal response.
REAR PANEL
- The guitar input, after the gain and tone controls, and the auxiliary input are summed and sent to the balanced line output (1/4″ TRS). This is not modified by the device’s volume control, making it ideal for independently controlling the amp level. It can be used as a return on stage, sending the balanced line output to a console or other amp.
- A headphone output (1/4″ TRS) is also available. When you plug headphones into this output, the device’s speaker is completely muted. This is perfect for practicing after hours. An important detail about this output is that if you remove the headphone connector halfway from this output, you can have the sound through the speaker and also the return into the headphone (in both ears).
OPTIONAL CUSTOMIZATIONS AVAILABLES
The Pro-20 Guitar 1×6″ model has some customizations available upon request. You can customize your rig to your liking, both aesthetically and with additions or modifications.
Here are some of the customizations available for this model:
- Reverb Module: The input Gain control becomes a Reverb control.
- Wood finish.
- Bluetooth.
- 110/220 Switch: The standard model has the option of operating connected to the 220V mains. This voltage is also used to charge the unit’s internal battery. This switch allows you to choose between both voltages for use in countries that operate on 110V.
- Custom Front Grille: The unit’s black front grille can be customized to your liking! Any type of design, image, logo, etc., and any color can be sublimated onto the front grille. You can send us your image via WhatsApp, and we’ll send you a preview of how it would look installed on the model you want. Our customers choose different types of designs, ranging from the band’s logo, the musician’s stage name, various images, photos, etc. CONTACT US.
- Balanced TRS Microphone Input (NOW STANDARD ON THE SET!): Taking advantage of the system’s small size, it’s a good option to add a balanced TRS microphone input. The lack of a Canon connector is primarily due to the size of the headshell. Having a microphone input on this model to accompany the bass and an auxiliary input is ideal considering its size. Given the size of the headshell, this input is located on the rear panel with a volume control, replacing the balanced TRS line output. 9V Output: The unit’s 12V output allows you to connect an effect pedal or wireless base that operates with that voltage, but it is primarily designed to connect a pedal power supply, allowing you to power multiple pedals from the unit’s internal battery when in “BATTERY” mode, or through the “ISOLATED” transformer when operating on “MAINS” (220V OR 110V IF AVAILABLE). We offer the BORO 5.9 and BORO 8.9 power supplies with 5 and 8 9V outputs respectively, and also the LITIO-M8 model with 8 multi-voltage outputs.
Protections: Soft case, semi-rigid case, or hard case. CONTACT US.
