Beautifulinstrument.com offers musical instruments and supplies from around the world to customers worldwide. We use international shipping companies such as FedEx, as well as local shipping companies in each country.

• Pricing: Shipping costs depend on the volumetric weight of the package, the declared value of the product, and the shipping method selected. Prices vary depending on:
  • the chosen carrier
  • the shipping date
  • the size and weight of the final package (whether it’s a small or large instrument, whether it comes with a soft case or hard case, or if you’re adding multiple instruments to your order)
  • the service level (express shipping + USD 30, additional insurance + USD 30).
• Delivery Times: Approximately 1 to 2 weeks to reach the destination.
• Protection and Care: In addition to plastic wrap around the instrument, we apply extra protective materials (in addition to the soft case or hard case if you purchase one) and attach “FRAGILE” labels to ensure the instrument travels safely.
• CUSTOMS DUTIES: These can amount to up to 30% of the DECLARED value of the instrument.

  Customs duties must be paid for your instrument to be released by customs in your country. DHL/FedEx in your country will contact you regarding this.
• You pay the shipping cost to us before we ship the instrument to you. We will send you the courier’s invoice after shipment for your review.
