About the teacher
BRIEF CURRICULUM: Singer-songwriter from the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. She represented Argentina at the “58° Festival Internacional de la Canción de Viña del Mar” in 2017, with a song of her authorship and was invited to festivals such as the “44th Festival de Música Andina Colombiana Mono Nuñez” in Cali, Colombia (by Ibermúsicas); the “Ciclo Desde Dos Orillas 2017” in Valencia, Spain; the “Tobago Jazz Experience 2012” in the Caribbean and the “Pappary Jazzy Festival” in Natal, Brazil. The Government of the City of Buenos Aires selected her to be part of the programming of Bares Notables 2017 and declared of Cultural Interest the recording project of her third album PODER DECIR. She also gave concerts in important venues in the City of Buenos Aires and Bogota, at the Auditorio de Tenerife in the Canary Islands (chosen by the South Atlantic Performing Arts Market), at the Teatro Municipal 1º de Mayo in the City of Santa Fe (with the support of the FADC), among others.
DISCOGRAPHY: Year 2018 PODER DECIR, year 2014 Canciones Fugaces, year 2012 Seahorse. She also participated as a guest on other albums, such as Asoliau by Chango Ibarra.
She gives individual and group singing lessons in her studio in Palermo, where she also records for different song projects and jingles on request in English, Italian and Portuguese. She gave group singing and lyrics workshops on her international tours and in centers such as the Music Club or Nancy Nakazato Yoga. She is currently in the 3rd year of María del Carmen Aguilar’s 4-year Music Reading and Harmony program and has been studying vocal technique privately with speech therapist and singer Roxana Valente for more than two years. During 2016 she attended the annual seminar on Didactics for Teaching Singing taught by Marcela Pietrokovsky (author of the books: Therapy through Singing and The Secret of Your Singing). In the past, she also studied with other singing teachers, such as: Nora Malatesta, Leticia Caramelli and Verónica Glass. She also took piano, guitar, theater and percussion lessons and attended courses in lyric writing with Raimundo Rosales and Lucho Guedes. She has a degree in Social Communication and is fluent in English and Portuguese.
